Brian Guinther is a lifelong Oregonian. After retiring from the U.S. Navy in 2004, and returning home, he enjoyed working as a Deputy Sheriff and at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Brian moved to Clatskanie in 2011 and has found his forever home.
Mr. Guinther decided to run for the Parks and Recreation Board after being approached by members of the community asking him to run. He is dedicated to the community and volunteers in many capacities.
Mr. Guinther is the owner/operator of Conyers Creek Ranch and along with his wife and children, enjoy all that Clatskanie offers.
As a Board Director, Brian is dedicated to continuing the growth of the Park and Recreation District. To bring new and exciting programs for the children, families, and visitors of Clatskanie.
